So wow, I just reached 666 page views which I was patiently anticipating (which makes me a massive tool). Anyway its really an arbitrary milestone but good for a giggle, I guess. So in honor of this meaningless achievement I've posted some new deviations, including A Quiet Read and Demi-God. A Quiet Read grew out of a purchase of "On Bullshit" by Harry G. Frankfurt. Reading philosophy always makes me feel cultured, intelligent, pompous, and abstract. so those three photos are an extension of that. A lot of new photos are up and they were taken in the same area over the course of 3 trips. Originally I only went back there to shoot a charred tree I saw from the road, but none of those photos came out that well. Instead I decided to wander about behind an old print shop nearby. Before I tell you the next part, you need to understand that this shop has been vacant for over a decade or longer. Wow,its been a long time since I posted a new journal, but I do so bearing gifts! About a month ago I got a new camera for photographing my cousin's band. But since those opportunities are far and in between, I decided to bust it out for a random shooting spree. At first I was just shooting the Century plant in our front yard but then it began to snowball. So I wandered our acre photographing anything interesting.
